FPP Privacy Policy
Keeping our Customers and Consultant information secure is a top priority and
very important to First Point Power, LLC.
First Point will not share, sell or otherwise disclose any information provided to
First Point with any third parties not affiliated with First Point. First Point will
only use information provided in the ordinary course of First Point’s normal
business involving the Customer and/or Consultant.
Any and all personal information provided is collected for the sole purpose of
providing Customers, Consultants and associates with First Point services and
benefits and/or for use on our websites if a testimonial is provided.
We may however disclose any of this information to our affiliates, service
providers, third party service providers, provider networks and other suppliers
of products and/or services to First Point Customers and Consultants.
Personal information collected from this site may include but is not limited to:
name, address, city, state, zip, telephone numbers, FEIN number, credit card
information, email addresses and possibly your testimony as to how we saved or
helped you earn money. This personal information we collect comes from one of
the following: Customer enrollment for energy services, a Consultant submitting
an application to represent our company, a submitted testimonial, a request for
more information and/or subscription to our mailing lists.
First Point will maintain information even if we do not use said information even
after a Customer cancels the service or a Consultant is terminated or resigns from
First Point. Any and all information will be protected as that of an active
Customer or Consultant.
