We expect that you have some questions. Here are the most common.
Who can join as a consultant?
We only require that you are a legal resident of the United States, that you are 18 years or older, are looking for a brighter future and you have a desire to work for what you want.
In what states do you offer energy services?
Currently First Point offers services in MA and RI but we do plan on increasing our footprint to other states.
Do I need to live or work in a state where First Point offers energy solutions?
No you do not to grow a team but you will find it hard to gather energy customers.
Is there a way to track my customers?
Yes, if you are joining as an Energy Consultant you will have access to a private "log-in back office software system" that will track all of your customers as well as commissions and much more.
Is there a way to track the growth of my team and business?
Yes, if you are joining as an Energy Consultant you will have access to a private "log-in back office software system" that will track the growth of your Organization, all of your personal and Organizational Customers, commission statements and much more.
Do I need any prior knowledge in sales, energy or team building?
You do not; we have designed our system and tools to help the novice to the most seasoned professional in every aspect of their business.
Why do I need to provide my Social Security number or a Tax ID?
All of our consultants are registered as Independent 1099 Consultants. As such we need to report income earned and paid to the IRS. Therefore, your valid Social Security number must EXACTLY match your given name or your Tax ID number must EXACTLY match you Registered Business Entity name.
How will I get paid?
We make all payments to a debit cash card that you receive upon becoming a Consultant. Your commissions are loaded weekly and monthly (if earned) to the card and you can immediately use it (up to its balance) like a credit card to make purchases or transfer money to your bank account.
